How we review course listings

We check the details fitness professionals need to compare a course, then show when the listing was last reviewed.

What does “verified” mean?

It means CEU Finder Pro reviewed available information from the provider or certification organization. It does not mean we guarantee the course or its acceptance.

What we check

1
Provider and course page

We confirm that the provider and course have a working public website.

2
Price and format

We record the advertised price and whether the course is self-paced, virtual, blended, or in person.

3
Credit information

We record the stated CEU, CEC, or contact-hour value and the certifications listed by the provider.

4
Review date

Each listing includes the date its information was checked.

What fitness professionals must still verify

  • The course is accepted for your exact certification and renewal period.
  • The price includes any assessment, certificate, or skills session you need.
  • The approval is current on the day you enroll.
  • Your employer has no additional requirements.

CPR and AED listings

For CPR and AED education, we distinguish awareness courses from courses that advertise a completion card. We also note when an online course may require a live or hands-on skills check. Your employer and certification organization determine what they accept.

Updates and corrections

Providers and users can suggest new listings or corrections through the form on the home page. We review the public source before changing the directory. A broken or misleading link may be removed until it can be checked.

Sponsored and affiliate listings

A business relationship does not change our responsibility to present the listing accurately. Sponsored placements and affiliate links will be clearly labeled. Providers remain responsible for their courses, pricing, customer service, and claims.
